Our winter store hours are Monday through Saturday - 11am to 5pm and closed on Sunday. We have extended hours during certain seasons, as well, so it is always best to call first.
How long will it take to receive my order?
In most cases, we will
process your order within five business days or less. Then, we will
ship your order via US priority mail which takes approximately two to five business days after the order is processed. If for any reason the item you ordered is out of stock or otherwise delayed, we will notify you via email with an estimated delivery date.
What is Occasionally's return policy?
Occasionally guarantees all purchases and wants to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your order. We will gladly offer an exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase when accompanied with a sales reciept. All items must be unused and in good condition. All clearance merchandise is final sale.
What if an item is damaged when I receive it?
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately via email and we will send you a replacement item. We will also provide you with a return shipping label so there is no cost to you to return the damaged item.
What if I do not like the item once I receive it?
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to Occasionally for an exchange or store credit. Store credits are redeemable up to one year after the date issued.
If I purchase something online, may I return it to the store?
If you are in the Richmond area, you may return the item to our store. Our standard return policy applies.
